§1 Data Controller

The responsible party under GDPR is the operator of the Leudar Image Platform.

§2 Collected Data

We collect: email address, optional display name, Discord ID/avatar, generated images and prompts, usage statistics, anonymized IP address (consent only).

§3 Purpose

Data is used exclusively for platform operation: image generation, account management, storage, abuse prevention.

§4 Generated Images

Images are stored as BLOBs and visible only to the user and admins. Public sharing via links is supported.

§5 Terms of Use

• Lawful use only; no illegal/harmful purposes
• NSFW content must be marked
• Abuse leads to suspension
• Credits are non-transferable

§6 Your Rights

Right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Contact support.
